September was about the small things that save a minute a day. Here is what changed, who gets it and where to find it.
E-mail tracking in the phone app
Open tracking used to live on the web only. Now the iOS and Android apps show when a proposal is opened and how often, right on the deal card. If a buyer is reading your proposal while you are out, you can see it and call from the same screen.
- Works with Gmail and Outlook, as before
- Available on every plan, including Free
- Turn on notifications in the app's settings if you want an alert when a proposal is opened
Faster import
Importing a large CSV was the slowest part of opening a new account. We rewrote the column matching and the duplicate check, and big files now finish noticeably sooner. The importer also remembers your column choices, so a second import from the same source needs no changes.
This matters most on the first day. A 10-minute set-up is the promise, and the import used to be the part that dragged.
Quotas on the Business plan
Managers on the Business plan can now set a quota for each rep, by month or by quarter. The weighted forecast sits beside it, using the stage weights you already have, and a bar shows how close each person is. Quotas are visible only to the rep and their managers by default.
We built quotas for the conversation, not a leaderboard: the bar is there so a manager can offer help early.
Smaller fixes
- The board keeps your filters when you come back to it
- A reminder that falls on a weekend can be moved to Monday in one tap
- Exports now include each deal's stage history
Prices have not changed
Team stays at $14 per seat monthly or $12 yearly, and Business at $32 or $29. New Team and Business accounts still start with a 14-day trial and no card. Thank you to the teams who wrote in with requests; several of these changes began as your e-mails.
